Using the service
You may use GetUrMenu to create menu designs for your restaurant, cafe, bar, or similar food-service business. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
AI-generated output
Designs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing the final accuracy of all menu content — including prices, item names, allergen information, and any regulatory disclosures — before printing or publishing. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the menu content you provide. The designs we generate for you are yours to use commercially. GetUrMenu retains rights to the underlying platform, models, and infrastructure.
Changes to terms
